We collect information you choose to give us, at these points:

• Placing an order — your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. Payment details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe, our payment processor; your card number never reaches our servers.
• Sending a message — through our contact form or chat widget, we collect your name, email, and message.
• Leaving a review — your name, star rating, and review text.
• Subscribing to our newsletter — your email address.

We do not require an account to shop with us, and we don't collect information you don't voluntarily provide.

How We Use Your Information

• To fulfill and ship your order, and to contact you about it if needed.
• To respond to messages and questions you send us.
• To display reviews on the site (only the name and text you submit — never your email or address).
• To send occasional updates about new products or restocks, only if you've subscribed to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Payment Processing

All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. When you check out, you're securely redirected to Stripe's own payment page — we never see or store your full card number. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.

Cart & Browser Storage

Items you add to your cart are stored locally in your own browser (not on our servers) so your cart is there if you come back. This data stays on your device and clears if you clear your browser's site data — we don't have access to it unless you complete a purchase.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Order, message, and review information is stored securely with Supabase, our database provider. We keep this information only as long as needed to fulfill orders, respond to inquiries, and maintain our business records.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@kraftoholics.com. We'll respond as promptly as we can.

Children's Privacy

Kraftoholics is intended for adults making purchases, including on behalf of children (for example, First Communion or Confirmation gifts). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the shop grows. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent update.
